We locked our rate today at 3.25% with NO POINTS (yup, that's right!!!!) and a .125 closing rebate! So that reduced our closing cost to almost nothing! Just wanted to share....
Wow that is amazing, I didnt know the rates where that GREAT again, and no points with a rebate,they didnt offer that to us over a year ago! Im blown away, good for you.
